There is something for everyone at TheFitExpo San Diego! Following our roots in bodybuilding, we welcome back the NPC Muscle Contest on Saturday. And, introduced for the first time lots of new things to do while at the Expo including; a special private and limited fan experience featuring fitness icon Paige Hathaway, compete in the Epic Race Obstacle Challenge and take-in San Diego-based Strength Project performances along with their workshops for Cyr Wheel training. If dance is your thing, come over to the Wow the Crowd Dance Competition on Saturday at the GTZ stage and the Culture Shock Dance Day to be held Sunday.
